🎟 Vendor Booth Details

• 💰 Fee: $20 per week OR $140 for the full season (non-refundable)

• 📏 Space: 10 ft x 10 ft booth (outdoor)

• ⛺ Canopy Requirement: All tents must be properly weighted down for safety

• ⚡ Electricity: Not provided (bring battery-powered lights if needed)

• 🪑 Tables/Chairs: Not provided – vendors must bring their own

🕒 Setup & Breakdown

• Setup: Begins at 3:00 PM

• Breakdown: Must be completed by 9:00 PM

• Vendors must arrive no later than 4:00 PM to maintain event flow

🛍️ Vendor Eligibility & Guidelines

• Open to retailers, artisans, service providers, food vendors, and more

• Food vendors must have Town of Warren Permit

• All vendors must comply with local business regulations

• Limited spaces available – apply early to secure your spot!
